Computer Room CamThis camera updates every 6 minutes from 8 am to 10 pm (usually). Video is captured by a WinTV video capture card on a Red Hat Linux 7.3 server. A Perl script calls xawtv that grabs the snapshots. Another script then archives them to provide the recent and hourly snapshot updates. Xawtv was written by Gerd Knorr and is available for download here. If you would like a copy of my Perl scripts me. |
